Yes, being a girl I feel that beauty and good looks often becomes one of the positive aspect of a girl(here beauty).But talking of the good looks I can say that none of us can deny this fact that"PEHLE DARSHANDHARI PHIR GUN BICHARI"The proverb says it all.
Presentation matters a lot in today's world and this has been referred to as the "X-Factor".In case of girls be it any industry during the time of interview self presentation is necessary and in that case if she is good looking or beautiful then it is an added bonus for her.

Girls are the epitome of beauty and people around the world have always looked for DIVAS and beauties because girls are expected to be presenting themselves in a nice fashion.

So I agree with the statement that good looking girls always has a positive corner because of their looks.but getting promotion is another aspect, lot other qualities are nowadays looked upon.Obviously beautiful girls are noticed very easily and it can be one of the reason that they get promoted also easily.Its not that because they are beautiful but it is that they have beauty with brains and very obviously girls with such qualities are sure to get promoted than their counterparts who are ordinary.

Personaility of a any person (men or women) may always play a major role in bridging their careers. 

But if this question is put to any IIT/IIM professor he/she will tell us NO! straightaway.

I guess 21st CENTURY is dominated by one word only ATTITUDE.

Whether its Positive attitude or Behavioral attitude or dressing attitude etc,.

And when it comes to GOOD LOOKING person, i believe a person who possess above terms will definetely be looking good and  free of negative thoughts.  

There are Terms & Conditions apply for everything. hence along with good looks T & C is always there.

A well dressed sexy woman will definitely have an advantage over a male boss but not much over female boss. Its not that the male boss is looking for sexual favors or anything its how our brains are hardwired to this sight. It has been proven scientifically too.

Why Not?

Business is Business! If looks and presentattion can bring business must get promotions. Whether its acts as marketing tool, Production tool, Logistics tool or any thing else.

The target is to get the jobs and business done with ultimate result.

One must be promoted, if resulted.

Think twice, why people used to wear best attires ? Just to present persnality and self confidence. Thew why not looks matter.

Do all degree holders, really works or successfull or a first class fools ? Think off. please..
