YES. There is always enough scope to learn from a male boss!

They also feel awesome, when they are treated as personal assistant or get more attention than other comrades, and which they actually does!

I would love to have a Male as my boss because males are faster in taking decisions, quicker in disposing off their assigned jobs and much more focused and straight towards their work.

I prefer to have males as my bosses anytime than female. I personally have more respect for the male since they don't hold grudges against you.

Mr Dikshit, I do not agree with your statement 'If male employee is the boss of a female one then other asked them to be cautious?' This does not speaks well for the male bosses. What are they going to do to you, come on you are in a working environment. What should happen here, is that females must have confidence in themselves and remember that if a male boss is getting  at them, they should report this to higher authority. Female must feel comfortable working with the males whether bosses or not.

I f female subordinate is experienced then she can devote maximum time,I f she is a leader then directs the boss,and if she is new and knows minimum work then scared.

If I have to choose between two departments in the same company, I would look out for performance and not sex as a first option. And if they are rated equal in every way, I would choose the one whose physical appearance is more charming. My boss must be able to be a role model for me.
