Considering the large force working in IT firms and most of them looking for an onsite, people do tend to find multiple incompetitive ways to get an onsite. Are these ways still keeping alive the healthy work culture?

To me it seems "healthy" work culture is now a word of past. Instead of proving themselves, people spend more time apprasing their supervisors. And on the worst side these kinda people do get accepted as well. Their ways and approach may help them get what they want but it leaves competitive and approach-oriented people struggling for a word of appreciation for a good work. And I have observed it is becoming more of a trend than a chance, especially in the companies with huge work force.
