I feel they play a very important role with Start ups. Start ups gain to attract good talents if they associate with good vendors who can source and play a vital role in the recruitment process. In a way they help in building the brand of the startups. Do you agree ?

I dont think so, most often they practice the art of resume pushing. They hold interviews for namesake and just pass on the file to the employer hoping that their comission would roll its way to the bank soon.

Very few organisations do quality manpower recruitment where they conduct isometric tests to determine whether the candidate is fit for the job and likewise whether the organisation is good enough for the candidate or not. Why bother with so many details in the rat race as far as you are able to send across volumes of resumes for the post required by the employer is the thought is most organisations.

What the manpower vendors do is just vending.  It becomes the responsibility of the company to select, clean, wash and then cook so that the food becomes tastier and fills the stomach.
