At present all the telecom subscribers are harrassed by the promotional call, sms etc. Supreme Court asked TRAI to bring out regulations more than two years back. Now so many times, dead lines for implementation of guidelines/regulations have extendedReferring to news report that TRAI has to extend new guidelines for implementation of Do Not Disturb for telecom subscribers just because of BSNL. More than 70 crores subscribers have to suffer because BSNL is not ready with technology. Recently BSNL has agreed that their technology do not allow subscribers to recharge their prepaid connection while they are in roaming. Do PSU deserve to remain in the business???
