I know this will sound odd. But we need entertainment and amusement parks are the best for this. Essel world, water kingdom, wonderLa and such other places have already lost their charm artially if not completely. We need innovation at every step. Creating better amusement ark can also be a art of development. What are your views? Do we need good amusement parks or we should focus on other things?

Yes in this stress full life it is only the way to relax ourselves. And I proposed to add awareness packages about conservation of natural resources like rain water harvesting systems, Solar heating systems etc and other green building requirements for our better future, as a part of the amusement parks. So that along wtih amusement people awareness will be increased.

Yes I agree with you. Not merely on Economic & Tourist point of view but also, it has very high potential to make many other business to prosper under its umbrella. Theme parks are quiet educative & offer an unique experience to children that, may be expensive but worthwhile to spend to care our wards.

Thanks Mr. Shrikant for referral. Yes. we need better amusement parks to cater to children of marginalised population! The concept of amusement park is to generate revenue, to make the "rich", "richer"! Entry tickets are kept at Rs.300 to 400 per person! A family of four, if they want amusement, will have to shell out close to Rs.2500 to Rs.3000 per visit. Only affordable affluent class people could benefit out of it!

We have one Parliament and so Legislative assemblies in all sate Capitals, why do we need more amusement parks. On a serious note, I feel more Open Parks and Gardens are needed instead of amusement parks where only rich class goes.
