Obviously! Freshers have to shift their attitude and behaviour from "Casual" (college environment) to "Serious"(corporate environment) one! Every word and sentence of theirs should be properly articulated - from "slang" to "formal communication"! Dressing sense - from informal to formal! You need a paradigm shift!
