when supreme court has approved the gay or lesbian relationship. if people like livin relationship then people will have to accept the gay or lesbian . by the way you cannot force anyone toshould be straight or what.

Hi, Attraction, Compassion,Love,Empathy,Understanding,,Mental compatibility,Passion can be shared between two good "Friends". And Friends can be from either Gender. But the Word "Guy" or "Lesbian" refers to two persons sharing sex from same Gender !! So good Friendship from either Gender is different than Guy or Lesbian relationship. :-) --JP

As i see- the question speaks of two context :
1. about a kind of relationship "GAY or LESBIAN"
2. and operating in a space being India
In my opinion - relationship is beyond gender and continents though acceptance of the same will depend on perceptions( of people at large) prevailing in a certain space. But thats US : governed by social norms not rationale always.
As rightly put by Parvati - if the consent is there between the people in discussion, it is fine.
Any relationship which brings happiness as an outcome should always be welcomed. Should be accepted without being judgmental about it( ...btw who are we to even judge it :) ). To conclude, i do support, in india and anywhere as a matter of fact.
Interperation of the question leading to other aspects of relationship , i feel calls for a different kind of question only.

Definitely yes !!!! reason is that how a person wants to run his/her sexual relations this should be his/her personal decision. Nobody has the right to force a person to do what he/she doesn't want. My opinion is that if we are not supporting this kind of relationships then at least we should also not protest it.

I don't understand why this people are braking the nature's rule. Yeah it is legal in India and some other country but it is not good for nature's sex balance. In future if you got 2 boy or 2 girl and they become gay or lesbian then what will you do..? No grandson or granddaughter means no family in future...

NO WAY I CAN SUPPORT THE CULTURE OF GAY OR LESBIAN. WESTERNISING OUR CULTURE AND TRADITION IS A SLOW-POISON THAT IS CREATING HAVOC IN THE BLISSFUL MINDS OF INDIANS. OUR CUSTOM ADVOCATES 'BRAHMACHARIAM', 'GRAHASTHASRAM' , ETC., AND NOT THE SYSTEM OF UNITY IN DIVERSITY OF FREQUENT DIVORCES, LESBIANISM, AND GAY CULTURE. My opinion is that legalizing homosexuality by law indiscriminately will toll the death bells of the present concept of the micro-community that is called a family which discriminates humans from animals with well defined demarcations of individual relations and behavioral limits. Like in every creation of nature, there are born transvestites and other form of freaks in the human race also. Their social behavior/life style is out of biological compulsion and therefore, are to be dealt with as part of society with sympathy and compassion and supported by framing appropriate law. But there are many who are normal biologically heterosexual persons take on to gay life style for the thrill of it as happens in the case of those wwho become slaves to addiction of smoking, alcoholism and drugs. Many get confused with their very normal homosexual experiences in the passing phase of adolescence that happens to large percent of normal individuals; most of them later adapt a normal heterosexual family. Of the remaining, except for hard core perverts, a good percent of them can be brought back to lead normal heterosexual family life style with proper counseling and the chronic ones with appropriate medication as being done in the case of Schizophrenics. Government should undertake a serious survey to determine what percent of the of the people who claim themselves as homosexuals are genetically homosexuals. It shall be made mandatory to undergo medical check up and produce evidence before allowing couples of same sex are legalized to lead sexual life.
