A good worker or a future CEO of a company, not necesserily all will reach top but they will get up the ladder who they are positive thinkers and are satisfied with the current job.

Most of the unsatisfied job holders are of the openion that they are less paid, if this changes they will also be positive thinkers and will rise in life.

My job gives me what I wanted from it. I have been very careful in picking up the right job. One should know what one is capable of and try and get job according to such capacities. Of course very job has it's own plus and minus. One needs to be alert to know the problem area and  tackle it.

Working style & environment is at satisfaction level but as per total job satisfaction is concern i think i will never be satisfied because if you feel that you are satisfied with your job that means you want to safe play and going to way to limit your own growth. welcome the comments....

A big NO, this competition of fast and early delivery of product does not allow to wok the way I want to......I am searching a right place and right organisation to work with where there is freedom of thought, freedom of expression, and systems are in place where no one needs to keep an constant check on the quality of output and where quality comes within the people who are at work.
