I agree, managerial skill are not Gender bound. But as far as my experience says Men are Practical.

Actually,it doesn't matter as far as the boss is capable of managing the team by following the best practices of people management.However,my experience shows that male boss is wise at decision taking than female.So,I vote for Male

A manager by default should not be recognised by gender. Management is a skill. Skill never differentiate persons on gender basis.

first of all it doesnot matter as such ...I am supporting the female boss because as i far i know female boss are much friendly than male boss.I think it helps in proper understanding of the team with the boss.
