It is not Human Resources or Human Relations , but a Horror... The kind of successful HR heads became the leaders only after executing atleast in thousands. I knew even the best,efficient and highly integrate employees were hacked to death currently by one of the high  profile HR head. Should you ask, the answer is this is the life..... Education is awakening of consciousness, but power and politics blind fold the eyes of consciousness. At least down the earth the coming generations should turn the cycle in the right track.

Well..... Not everything that each one of does in Black or Blue. We have the shades of Grey in between.

There are dilemas that each one of face - some of which that go against our principles.

 

HR is and will always be a support function. The HR guru's might boast 'HR is a strategic partner'. 'HR is an employee partner'. 'HR fuels company profits'. I couldn't agree less. But the bottom line is that the company is concerned with 'dhandha'. And yes, that's where the issue arises.

In many places no, you can find it is other departments but not in HR dept. HR people try to keep integrity as much as they can but sometime they need to give up the value which may result is a better result......  :)
