Corporate culture is right in every sense, perform or perish, whereas its not like  Government organizations, where you'll get paid whether you'll work or not until you are 60 yrs old, here it is not like that and one will be recognised based on their performance and will be rewarded in a right way, there is nothing like office politics in the corporate culture, even if it is there it is very less known....but with incidents like satyam fraud...the corporate culture has remained steady and has created sustainable growth for itself...so yes I support corporate culture.

Any system that thrives on killing employees' careers or thwarting attempts to get independence is wrong, as it is dictatorial and only a few people are making decisions. Democracy should be the system as opposed to unmitigated power of a few.

Corporate culture is an integral fabric of the organization and that leads to the growth of the organization and helps maintain the stability of the organization. The ground rules are a part of the corporate culture of an organization and the corporate culture creates a distinct identity for the organization.

Hence, it is expedient to focus on maintaining an appropriate corporate culture for an organization....

Most corporate cultures are outmoded.Management careers seats are shared by some people even they are very old as age. No seats to new,challenging ready young or any professional are outside.HR's care to caked CVs, and when they see you're able to climb highest levels easyly, they and other executives find anyway to reject you as they never want to see you challenge to their old-outmoded corporate culture.
