Yes!!!!!!!!!

Pretty much so and for those who talk of sex and violence shown.these are aberrations  of a few and lets not get knocked down by our very own prophecy of I don't think its moral but I don't mind seeing it or doing it.

India is today on a cross road of change and the new paradigm medium is a reflection of the new rules of an economic driven class where valuess and ethos has been uprooted by greed and  its verticals.....hence the ads that you don't want to see or maybe you do want to see but morally oppose it are in dictum of Today's India.

In view of what I have stated The Regulatory authority are doing a pretty good job trying to balance the old  dictum with the New dictum.

Every Authority has its own rules, regulations, policies and procedures, which have to be followed. No one can deviate and can go out of box of all these. So AD REGULATORY AUTHORITY is also following these rules. Ya it is diff thing that today's demand has changed a lot. It has become necessary for advertisers to show all those, whether it is vulgar, sexual, surrogate or whatever..... to get the closer eye on their product. It may be out of control for some of us and/but  its reciprocal is also true. For Example if you are showing the ad of Body spray or ad of Condom, you have to show what the actual required to show off your product, which may be termed as vulgar n sexual, but this is the demand of the product. But keep one thing in your mind, still they have to pass out from the regulation of Ad Authority. So keeping in the view of demand, some flexibility is there in regulation but still Ad Authority have better control..........

Yes they are, as the trend changes there is a need to loosen some regulations and allow them, since there seems to be a demand for that ad. The ad which where a bit abusive reached the market and had a huge audience. So I think the main purpose of doing an ad is to reach people, and if people are ready to accept any type of ad that influences them there is nothing wrong in allowing it..... :)

I think, it is effective. but some advertisements are still not in control. according to advertisement regulatory board, The advertisements related to sexual show or violence should be banned, but there are many advertisements in the market like related to body spray,& other apparels used by people which shows the seducing effect of their product, which violates the norms by Advertising regulatory board. so, the Advertising regulatory board is loosing its effectiveness in throatcut competition in the market & war among the various advertisements in the market.
