Now a days most of the companies prefer candidates with an experience of atleast an year or more to be offered a good profile with a decent pay package except can be of freshers both offcampus and through campus placements and also through renowned colleges. The freshers are generally hired in bulk so the cost to train them comes down while in case of experienced it is not so as they already have some experience and need orientation and induction program to get hands on working on the processes of the new organization.

yes because if we have a good experience then we deserve for the good job with high post and high package.But if we have only qualification then we only deserve for the job to start our career. But we can't expect for the good amount.

Not always. But in many cases the employer will be looking for experienced persons. If experience is must in all cases, then I think most of us would have not working today, we wouldn't have got a job when we were freshers. I think experience must be looked for when applying for higher post or for a promotion.
