Dear friends, Indian politics is becoming a hereditary. Democracy is the best form of governance. If we fail to prevent the degeneration of democracy into "hereditary democracy" in India, it may deteriorate further in the near future. We cannot observe such trends in the Western countries like UK or US which run their democratic form of government. According to them no one can be in power for more than two terms, So we should also bring such kind of restrictions were they cannot be a leader of a party beyond a particular tenure.
