Yes it is good he is sentenced to death. But its not enough the Punishment should be more miserable, by seeing which others should not repeat it........  !!!!

I sincerely agree Surabhi.  This guy should be hanged and the news should be spread to everybody.  There should be a big noise made about this and the message should be for everybody that "nobody dares to touch INDIA or Indians".  Thank God our judiciary system took a grand step towards success in bringing the culprit to his deserved end.

It is the best judicial decision that has happened in India after a very long time.  This execution of his should be made public and the news should be spread amongst the negative elements of the society.  The message should be "nobody messes around with INDIA or Indians".

He is like a dead wood! Death of his consciennce happened when he decided to kill whosoever come in his way! He was a victim of circumstances, his trainers have brainwashed him to an extent that for this heinous act, he would get heaven! He is like an addicted person, abused by many beasts in the foreign soil. His cowardly act, and his abduction, has thrown light on the subversive activities of our neighbours! By killing him, India is not going to gain anything! India should firmly take a resolve to uproot the terror group using the influence of all the powerful countries who were the victims of such terror acts. The real justice is done, only then. An era of Kasab will be over, but the ground that groomed him is still fertile, that will germinate more Kasabs in future!

It will go in to appeal and eventually, YES, it will be implemented. He apparently will be the 51st in line. So the pressure will be on to implement the sentence once all the drama of the appeals and mercy petitions are over.

Whatever you can say, slow our processes may be, but they do grind to the finish sooner or later.....usually  later!
