No...............its not exactly the case, but the matter is right opposite to it, that you call poor is not exactly poor they are the owners of today's india, they are getting educated and learning newer skills to enrich their standard, it is rather impractical to call them poor because they are fighting with their destinies and emerging as winners.

No this will not be the case hereafter...... education has been made must and the coming years will be for the knowledgeable and skilled people and poor will not be poor every time. The bar between the rich and the poor will be removed soon ......
