May be at times, but not on most of the occasions, we need all the guys here, the mediators, the distributors or that hierarchy that is out there which differentiates from Boss to the employee, if every communication is happening between the boss and employee in a manner of Top to bottom without the hierarchy then things will go for a toss...and one can't afford to take such huge responsibility on one's shoulder doing all the stuff by them alone, hence there are this middle management people and the mediators who do some things for us, and only important decisions are left to the Boss or CEO and this is the way it should be and not like the way you have mentioned Avinash..

Yes! it definitely reduces misunderstanding. Its like this, take a cup of water and take a glass of water, add t spoon of sugar on each of them, mix each of them with same force and then taste it. Which water will be more sweeter? the answer will be, the water in a cup. Because as the volume increases the conc of the any thing will be decreases. Similarly, hierarchy reduces the conc of any information regardless of its form.

Yes, Bcoz sometimes the mediator gives wrong direction & employee think this is due to owner.Therefore to reduce the Misunderstanding & maintain the transferancy in company Owner is Always in direct cont. with employee.

No, it is counter productive. If you do not follow the chain Hierarchy, the act is treated as ignorance to the people you actually work with. You should first communicate with the actual people on the ground and settle issues.

Yes, Coz most difficult to kill internal as compaire to outsiders others. Internals are well known with our security systems other than others.
