Let's have some optimism now! The Apex Court has stepped in. Like in 2G scam, the Supreme Court directed the Government to set up Fast Track Court to go into the issue thoroughly without partiality, we hope, we can see some light in the dark tunnel! Its for the Government now to act - will they do, won't they do, only we have to wait and watch!

Indian black money in swiss bank runs approx to 1.4 trillion dollors which is enough for India to become 10 America and become one of the most developed nation for next100 years. It is also learn't that this money belongs to more than 2000 Indians who have kept there to evade from taxes. Don't rasie your money instead raise your hand

Unearthing, yes. Bringing it back and punishing the offenders - NO. The Bureaucrats and politicians will follow up this matter seriously because it gives them an opportunity for free foreign visits and also by finding out the culprits they can extort bribe money from them. After taking the bribe money, they would let the matter cool down and we will forget this because another bigger scam will take its place and our minds would be occupied by the new scam. So they in order to make the bribe money, they (officials and politicians) will do all that is necessary to find out and gather evidence against the persons who have stashed away the money. PERIOD.

i don't think so, they are just showing that they are very concerned, but they are not in real. lets imagine, even if it will come to India, then also it won't be utilized properly. As there are so many politicians who will again do some scams and try to grab that money in their accounts.

No, not at all. However the Supreme Court of India is taking interest in the matter but the Govt.is least concern in the matter because perhaps the people involved in the matter are very dear & near to the Government.Government is just doing formalities nothing concrete in the matter, even denied to publish the names of involved people." AB TO BHAGVAN HI MALIC HAI"

No . They are not serious , but, looking at the viability to track & possibly, to get back.Be it Ruling party member/ Opposition/ Celebs, they are exploring the avenues to get things cleared. Because, there are stringent rules and regulations internationally that precludes countries like India to venture out. Its a big business financing the global community. Let us wait and follow positive measures to apeace everyone, including all our guys crying for it.

So far, to my limited observation, so many scams and so many committees and investigations. I do not remember to have seen any BAD man ever punished. Ultimately, they are cleared and declared CLEAN and INNOCENT. If at all any one is punished it is the one who makes the noise. This is our PAST/PRESENT. Will our future be DIFFERENT?????

Clearly not. But for some judicial activism shown by the Supreme Court, left to the government, it would not have stirred on the subject. Now the government has to not only act but also be seen to be acting. The Supreme Court is in the picture now.

Prime Minister himself expressed his inability of divulging the names out. That itself tells us how tough the shell to be crashed. Judiciary can only prompt the Govt. to take action. Govt. and its machinery are not ready for it.
