Do you think there is a need to Provide Adequate Training to our Judiciary Members?

Yes, they should get adequate refresher training but at the same time to improve the efficiency of the judiciary, there should be adeqyuate number of judges and courts. according to a survey, our judiciary department have a shortage of staff by almost 30%-40%. In that scenario how can we expect judiaciary to work efficiently?

To Provide Adequate Training to our Judiciary Members.... is an excellent idea. In each n every field we need training and here we are talking about our judicial body and in my opinion for this department training is much more important than other departments. As this department has to take decisions on many cases which can change the life of any person.

If judicial body is working with untrained people, how it will be able to gain the trust of its citizens.

While taking a decision on anything one should have proper of the knowledge process, rules & policies as well as confidence on his decision.

So, according to me training should be there in this field. And I think it should not be only for the fresher’s but the seniors should also get the training on new laws and policies in order to upgrade their knowledge.

Yes I strongly agree with you. Judiciary system must be provoked to do meaning ful justice to the people. Judicial officials should be updated with the current judiciary process and decisions. There should be some system and training as specified by you to make them update.

It's not a comment but an personnel observation that most of the Judiciary officials are slow and dump to the current facts the reason is the slowness of the judicial process.

Yes. Like any other field, judicioury also should be updated and improved for which such trainings will be really useful.
