Do you think Too Step team should provide a tutorial/ help for new member for better understanding of Too Step?

After spending some time on this site, i observe that some people do not understand which topics is for debate, which topics is for ideate and which is for Q & A, they posting any where.. Some time there argue is not clear... And they do not even post for insight too... So I think Too Step Team should provide some tutorial like how to create debate, ideate etc. after sign-up to understand Too Step better

I think they should have a "Help" tab on the site to understand how the site works like...still I see manytings posted in irrelevant communities, and there are no referrals done at all, and many times there will be postings which will be not at all referred to any community, I mean if it is not referred to a community or their connections, how is one expecting people to participate in their post....for older users like me, I don't think there will be a problem, but for new users there should be an option called "help" or Toostep tutorial kind of an option on the platform.
