There are always a set a rules and procedures that has to be followed. No one can reach the ladder top without stepping the first step of it. So when you get a chance, work and prove what you deserve.....

its based on keen of getting involved in his or her position ... if a person has strong desire of getting knowledge or to do something in his or her field then anyone or even a fresher is able to handle up level position.....

In my little opinion,,it all depends upon how quicker one can assimilate in..& understand the system,, secondly..how mature is the one & his/her rate of grasping power...i.e.,,,EQ...and IQ..lastly & most importantly the 'I' quotient,,,that is personal integrity...specially in today's scenario!

Go any part of world, a fresher is struggling & has to struggle, to get a break, then only the value of job and money, will understand. I my shelf have struggled for 4yrs to get a break and start my actual professional career, when you struggle in your earlier days of and rest of life you will enjoy working, perform.

i hope if a fresher is having that much capability he should be given a chance to prove. without getting a chance it's hard to show your virtues to others.

It is better, if a fresher starts from the bottom so that he can understand the problems/difficulties faced by freshers in establishing themselves.

It is difficult to say. But at-least a few years of experience is needed to get to the top. It may vary from person to person

from small the level goes up. if you take the leap at the first moment you'll fall and not able to understand actually what has happened so try to do small first before take a leap.
