i feel that it is not a degree but interest and strong conviction which makes a man capable and efficient enough to handle everything and anything.

YES BUT A CONDITION EXISTS IN BETWEEN WHICH DEPENDS UPON THE PERSON WHO IS DOING THAT DEGREE OR EDUCTION IF HE/SHE INTERESTED TO DO SOMETHING THAN IT MATTERS OTHERWISE NOT.
