Everyone has their own family discrepancies but company has nothing to do with it. Its not the problem of the company. You should be in a position to handle all that. So you should try to give your performance at any cost.........

Family discrepancies will surely affect employee’s performance. If any one who carries his family worries to office, definitely he can’t concentrate on work and he can’t perform. Boss will obviously screw his happiness for his under performance. He will carry the same curse to home and vise versa, he will finally stand as a failure person in the society. If any large size organization has 10% of such employees, that will cost a lot. That is the reason organizations and leaders must think and look whether their employees are managing work life balance effectively or not. Pressure always creates psychological disaster in human being. Hassle free and celebrated culture always keeps the employees’ mood happy and exuberant. I suggest organizations and leaders to recommend a systematic living through Personal Balanced Act. Through PBA we can align Organizational Mission, Ambition & Values with Employee’s Mission, Ambition & Values. This is a proven technique and it will work.

Yes I agree with Kirti on the subject. When you leave hose for your work place leave behind the family discripancies in house it self in that case the performance will not hamper at all.

If you confide on some of your friends/co worker at the work place probably the burden will go down and performance will increase.
