Now the specialization is more important than just doing the thing as usual in this case outsourcing HR activities will really help because these are the institutions who made them selves such a master in that field by which they can increase the quality of work by providing quality employee by providing them training and conducting development programs which we can not design in a effective way.

I am in agreement that HR Outsourcing is performing and with the increased utilisation of technology, new partnership model(s) of working with vendors, cloud computing methods and distributed delivery methods we will see a continuation in the trend of HRO. As routine procedures become outsourced and more efficient by using the above approaches more attention can be given to strategic issues such as recruitment and retention of talented people, career planning and integration of HR with other business functions as a key player and value generator for the balance sheet and society as a whole.

Where there is complacency in the internal HR Department, obviously, outsourcing would certainly help. Many a times, the internal employees are exhausted with the database, or they would develop an aversion in handling the monotonous job! In cases, where the HR guys feel that those who are in analogous positions in technology, marketing or production are elevated to next level, ignoring them would cast an aspersion that would lead to pulling down the corporate's objective by compromising on the quality of induction!

yes it can help in hiring, consulting, training etc. but it cannot be completely outsourced. specially its good for small organizations where keeping a big HR dept. itself is panic.

Routine HR work - basically more admin than HR - can be successfully outsourced. However, it is my contention that it should not mean thatorganizaations can shut down the HR dept just because they have outsourced some of the functions. There are certain responsibilities of the Hr dept which are highly organization culture specific which should never be outsourced. Theymust be dealt with by a HR person in house who understands the company's culture and ethos.

Every HR or a Recruiter can not have required domain , vertical and other specific knowledge to take the candidates through the evaluation process. Every organization may have certain standardized procedure to hire though there may be a time to realize that we got a wrong guy for a typical role and the whole team performance go down its better organizations can let their own recruiter to gain knowledge on hiring people who can drive their core business rather all the areas which they wouldnt be good enough in hiring .

Human Resources (HR) plays a crucial role in any company or organization. The latest buzzword in the HR stream is that of Human Resources Outsourcing. It is gaining both, popularity and worldwide acceptance. This is because it is one effective way, to save costs. So Human Resources Outsourcing is not a bad concept. It gives a business a competitive advantage and it should be seen from this perspective.

HRO is a sucessful model after BPO back office transaction processing model. HRO contributes nearly 18-20% of total revenue in BPO market. I have not seen any HRO deal failing in delivering their commitments to their Clients and stakeholders. HR functions that gets outsourced are mostly transaction processing e.g. Employee Data Management (EDM), Compensation Administration, etc.. All major HRO service providers actually help their clients in regular maintainace of their HRIS and updated employee details moreover, it helps all HRM's to be a Best Business Partners for their operation. After HRO companies has started setting up HR Shared Services model which runs on same HRO delivery concepts. HRO concept is going to grow big time and there will be a time when HRO market will fall short of talent.

It is one of the cost cutting method for big organisations...Employee need job...employer need employee to work...at same time third party providing low cost man power for the firm..like this cost is reducing...third party involvement is not good for any firm...

My people what are doing for me and what can the do me ? How a third party know and manage it with our variable responsibility. It may be right for big organozation where responcibility is less but quit dificult in smaller one. so it is dificult to outsourced HR

No, I dont think HRO really works manily bcoz though they happen to be the indirect HR managers of the company they know very little abt the real work culture & employee values. And the main thing is that involvement is only upto a certain limit. Outsiders cant become the internal employees who the company employees can trust completely. Also the consultants work always in conformity with the top management rather than workers. And the last but the most important thing client engagement activities stop at the certain stage of outsourcing.

Men Think, make Strategies, Policies, Implement them, review them and take corrective path. The best screening of manpower can take place at the entry time and hence selecting the right persons cannot be left to outsiders let alone other HR functions like Performance evaluation, career Path Policy, Succession planning etc. which are intrinsically internal processes and cannot be handed over to faceless outsiders.

The organisation needs Money, Machine, materials and Men. Let us remember that efficient and diligent use of the other three Ms is dependent on the performance of Men. also let us remember that neither of the other three have Brain or Mind and have no emotional or moral attachment to the organisation.
