We have  unique indian standard code for building materials.National building code for workmanship ans methodologies.But we donot have unique contract procedure for all types of construction projects.Having a unique system of contracting eliminates most of the ambiguities and several conractual disputes.The discussion is invited from all the Too step members inthis regard.
