Does MBA breed authenticity & humility or arrogance in name of LEADERSHIP???????????????

Its a very sensitive topic as it hits the qualification and the qualified and as Mr. Sudeep argues, every coin has two sides. I hold an opinion, that, it just provides you with a platform in the Business Management Commercial World, to hold your views till they are heard, IN YOUR ORGANIZATION. the humility and authenticity would arise in the case when they have been heard. Arrogance arises when comparitively an MBA has peers less qualified by a degree or thoughts. so situations are different. An education departed to a million can't breed ill values as they are delivered by faculty devoted to education and not their positions in the organization.

Rather, as a humble suggestion, this quality should be inculcated in every MBA that their qualification is to provide proficiency to the organizational set-up and not another gem to their coronation.
