Deepak thanks for referral. I agree with you and till such time the case is not fully cracked it will be needless to point fingers to some state.

However, with this attack it has become apparent that we dont act swiftly particularly in procuring weapons and other things for the task force, which is very unfortunate but true.

What I feel, the terrorism is not brought under the National Disaster Management act wherein a set of "SOP" is to be activated in the event of any such occurrence. This includes Mobilizing the Resources, Internal & External help, Tackling the event on the forefront, Rehabilitation measures(compensation for individual , property damage, Environmental damage etc.)

To greater extent, irrespective of political climate- be it Congress, BJP or any other- NDMA will take action immediately. It reduces the friction as we see, now, among the political parties.

Developed Nations has seen, terroristic attack by Bomb blast, NBC(Nuclear, Biological, Chemical)attack, attack on vulnerable things such as Intelligence, Radio network, Dam(reservoir), strategic units etc.as National Disaster. Similar, measures are to be introduced here to.

I support Mr. Bakhsh's statement that blame game should be stopped .
