It is all in the mind. Every day is a new day for new resolutions. And we have so many "new years" Christian Calendar, Shaka calendar, Telegu, Tamil, Kannada, buddhist, Parsee, Jain, Muslim.. Which new year do you mean? A resolution for every new year as we are in a secular country?

on 31st december people take alcohol and say that we will not drink it again in new year but in fact it is not true.Bad Habbits are not easy to give up without any strong willpower i.e. power to control your mind or behaviour.
