I strongly believe that experience counts much more than qualification. There are many cases where candidates dont have the qualification but have the experience that makes them more employable than those who have qualification.

QUALIFICATION IS MUST TO GRAB ANY JOB, WITHOUT QUALIFICATION NOBODY IS GONNA HIRE YOU.  AN INTERVIEWER FIRST CHECKS HIS/HER QUALIFICATION AND THEN COMES TO AN EXPERIENCE, WHETHER HE/SHE HAS OR NOT.  THERE MIGHT HAVE BEEN NUMBER OF CASES WHERE EXPERIENCE HAD BEEN GIVEN TOPMOST PRIORITY, BUT THE FACT IS QUALIFICATION IS MUST, WITHOUT QUALIFICATION NO JOB...

THANKS FOR REFERRAL....

I don't beleive in this. It is true that having a top qualification is not the criteria of success. In depth knowledge is necessery, without academic qualification you can't get promotion in your job. It is true. In my long term of service I see this many times with many employees

Qualification is the most important thing in life as it wont make any difference in our early stage of our career but as our experience will increase the increment wont be as much as the guy who is more qualified than us and there will be a limit for our salary because of our qualification.

@ anuradha mam, every company needs Good grades and qualifications to grab an interview calls. after that they looks on skills.i am saying about freshers. i know how 2 get a good marks in exams, but skills are different,so companies should see a look on skills of candidate rather than marks.we all know that the avg students can think out of the box after comltng the degree.i hate Indian education system as well as HR policy in india.

Mr. Seshadri, request you to read the topic carefully, as we are talking about high paid jobs & in your case as a distributor, you are getting commission & not a salary & also it is up to you to continue with the sale of particular product or to stop it for other product from other company.

Experience without qualification is like a vehicle in full speed, without knowing on which direction to go.

So basic qualification is necessary @ initial stage of career.

Yes Qualification is needed but Experience matters much more than qualification. If a qualified person has to handle a new work then he his just helpless but in the same case an Experience matters much more than qualification for other workers.

To hold a high degree is not sufficient to get top post because experience is totaly different to obtain a degree if with the degree you are able to work without cause to adjust yourself in different environment and try to get learn somethig from the person who are your corners then you hold high post/paid jobs in any organisation

Yes it does. But you cannot do that good if you don't have practical experience. Everyone has to start from scratch so according to me at a level education stops effecting your pay. After that it is the experience that matters.

for any kind of job certain skills required and which are enhanced and learn through practicle exposure, therefoer it is always experience which always matters more than qualification. Qualification provides us theoritical knowledge but indeed during practicle implementation it may differ what we read in theory than the current situation. Therefore it is experience which helps at the time of adverse conditions and helps in growing your business.

Yes Ms.sheethal, itotally agree but the debate was little bit different as compared to today's. Yesterday we wre discussed about qualification is succesful in life and todays' debate qualification matter for high paid job. Today's i will say that qualification is our base and important role in life.Yesterday i said that experienced important, company are giving priority. But yesterday we were more focuse on qualification and talent-skill.

no qualification required for this job. World’s largest manufacturer, producer and distributor of Aloe vera are providing a wide range of aloe vera based products and bee hive products. Over 30 years the company is been operating in about 140 countries . Aloe Vera has been improving health for many centuries - it's tried and tested! The thick clear gel contains over 75 nutrients for health and vitality. It's not just the number of nutrients, it's their natural balance that counts. Aloe Vera is versatile - it can be taken as a drink or applied to the skin. Aloe Vera is our number one ingredient. We don't simply add a few drops, we start with 100% inner gel and combine just enough other ingredients as needed. We use only the inner gel - not the whole leaf. So we've no need to filter the inedible ingredients of the rind - we leave the natural balance of nutrients undisturbed. Our stabilized gel has been declared as "essentially identical" to the raw gel. In other words, drinking our Aloe Vera is like breaking open a leaf and scooping out the gel! We are in complete control of the manufacture and distribution of our Aloe products - you can feel confident that everything is Quality Assured. Our recyclable three-layer bottle protects the integrity and potency of our Aloe so that you receive it in tip-top condition, just as it was sealed at our factory. http://www.rsiyengar.com http://www.ramabadranseshadri.com http://www.foreverlivingproductsindia.myflpbiz.com http://www.forever-living-product.co.uk/forever-living-products-flp-India.html

Qualification will fullfill some job criteria butexperience must be require in toda's time. Any experienced candidate having good qualification, it will give extra advantages. Today's company is looking experienced person rather than freshers but they giving preference to fresher also if required. Otherwise experience is first priority.....

Not really! A person with common sense and intuitive ability with sufficient domain experience will be able to handle complex tasks, that qualification alone will not deliver!
