Look Mr Ardhendu now if you start cursing the past and keep blaming our changing culture then things cannot be improved, what you are saying is also correct in practical manners, But now when women has started taking the responsibilities, then we should not demotivate them, as they are also human being i dont know why ae all keep categorizing ourselves like they are brahmins they are RSS, they are muslims, they are hindus, BAh Humbug... look Im not at trying to impose my views but just trying to tell you that by uniting we can make a better tomorrow,, Thanks n regards. (no personnel grudges to be made, its just our own views)

I believe women can also sustain their place as men in elections. Getting d best out of an individual in elections has nothing 2 do with gender."What a man can do, a woman can even do better". So, if a woman is given an opportunity 2 lead, she will be more honest, dedicated & committed 2 d nation's course.

Clarity in thought, clarity in expression, commit what is practicable, cling to your roots, avoid grapevine, kitchen talks, and, above all, render help to the needy when called for, even if its out of way, are the qualities required to sustain one's position in election.

Yes definitely to sustain ones place in election does not depend on gender.... only problem in India is that we never give, girls, an equal opportunity specially when it comes to election....

very true mallika. capabilities are above gender specific, it depends on that individual its not like if it is a man he can do become anything (you can still see men lying on road drunk and wasted), and if it is a women she cant ( best eg is Kiran bedi) in fact ill say India women should be truly given a hats off salute as they drive their way through such a male dominant country, and where 80% of region can be still categorized as orthodox...

I agree the fact but Could anyone support me ? whats a point of making most of the questions as gender specific ? these all questions have a single & unique answer i.e. Anyone can do everything if one has capability, resources & surrounding's support and main thing will (attitude) to do that. No effect of HE/SHE. DO YOU AGREE ?

Why not. We have Democratic society. The more they come into picture the more they get recognition. They just need to come out from the society fear or whatever the reason is. I am sure that more than 50% people in India give respect to woman & this is a huge number. So, platform is ready for them.
