I think the question was whther the bid will be won by indian operators or some one incorporated outside india!

 

Even that is the case, i feel We will get it :)

I think there will be no votes for NO here.It is a common knowledge to any one reading the news papers that 3G is going to be introduced in 2010 in India.The so called scam in 2G has nothing to do with 3G spectrum allocation.Govt. has already decided to launch the 3G services in India with MTNL/BSNL in first trail.If there are any scams found in 3G too,then the commercial launch of the services from other operators may get little delayed.But there is no question on spectrum allocation to Indian operators.

Why not? Surely Indian operators will get them. Every new technology is coming to India within a few days of its release and there are many telephone operators in India which has connections with DOT. I don't think 3G spectrum will take time to reach India...
