I'm supporting e-tendering. By making such switch overs we can reduce the malpractices in tendering. Recently Kerala government has also switched over to E- tendering process

Most of the tendering agency are not well aware about the situation ,working & social environment at actual work site.They can quote their rate from any where through out the world without knowing all the facts which may lead to intruption to the project mid way.

On the Comment of Mr. Singh and Mr. Rathore, I would say that the organization who is floating the tender (s) should be more specific upon the requirement, also shoul be using user friendly termonology.. Or else they should use a clear language so that the contractor / bider can understand the requirement easily.

It is very much reliable if the company has necessary certificates like ISO.

I know a company E-Procurement Technologies Ltd.

They Provide E-Tendering / E Procurement Services.....

Many of the organisations freeze the tender notice in such away that any one on net can not open the website ,if the client/contractor/consultant.

tenderer ,if they have their setup in the area, will have max support of getting quality deteriorated to his willing only for the sake of extracting more and more money,managing the tender, also managing payments through their mafia's and suiters.

If they not stationed at place of organisation  ,then they will manage the work and subcontract at some commission to local petty contractor.
