I feel govt should Target & promote Major Corporates to Enter into E-Waste Management rather than forcing Kabadiwalas to go in Big Way...

Major Corporates has a good background available with them about Financial, R &D Centers which are the major Factors for Handling such Critical Business.... With proper Systematic approach they can turn this waste Business in to a great Revenue Generation source making a fruit out of it.... they can declare this Business as an Seperate SBU... rather than just being a part of Corporate

On the contrary  Small Kabadiwalas will always keep on facing Problems related to CPCB Clearances, Space Management, Man Power Management, Financial Constraints etc...
