i agree with you, it is same as the level hierarchy of economic system & classes of people. first benchers are alwaysin first mover advantage. they choose the best, so whenever they get chance, they flee. last benchers , in our country are most of in Politics. middle benchers serve as a backbone to india's progress. they are considered as a mass & serve in different companies , in govt. or non govt. & create platform for the last benchers.

In our education system, the usually the first bencher's are assumed to be good in studies and are given more focus, last bencher's are least involved in any learning activity, and all the middle bencher's are just in mass. The first bencher's learn well, get into good higher learning and with good qualifications go and settle down in developed nations, the last benchers are more involved in non-learning activities and may end up in politics and mostly evolve as polticians who lead the state/nation, and all the middle bencher's struggle a lot in studies, thrive to come up and get mostly into middle-class working lot. And all those who are illiterate this formula/thought doesn't apply as they not limited to any categories stated above

Mr Bhimrao its one of the great caption in Too-Step so far that I have came across & indeed very well said sir. At the same time I think that in every part of this world, there are always people who are serious about what his/her master is talking about & try to grab the best seats where they can learn to become a master..(perhaps the front one,,as you mentioned). And of course always there is a middle-class... But irony with this nation is,,we the middle or the front ones, are not very much interested in nation building via political & social means (there are always exceptions),,,specially the middle class,,who are so engaged with their,,sorry to say,,but typical middle class concerns,,,that they can't even think about this well thought of leading the nation (& of course myself is a part of this team only). For geeks,,as its evident;the opportunities are wide open,,,,even oceans apart & that's the way,,,, in the end,,,the front & the middle, themselves, leave the nation for sake of "careers",,,for the 'back-benchers' or sometimes for the 'no-benchers'...& again sorry to say,,,cursing them,, at the same time for all the misgoings & the misdoings.. Though I liked it but I do hope one day this caption will change,,, Thanks Himanshu for this wonderful referral,,
