yeah i agree to it but i have seen people study in a different stream and work in the other stream so i say why do a person need a graduation a 10th grade or a 12th is more than enough to work and to top in work hard work and experience is enough

i say it is a need basic because most off the place u r trained of Ur work so why the employer need a graduate one why don't  u hunt  a person who is interested in that job and hunt a person who has a real talent for that job

education is a must raise the level of employability. Basic knowledge on the field has become a necesssary fator to lead a corporate life...of course unless unlike you replace the office boy or relieve the sweeper off his duties.Education therefore has become a staple diet for every individual wanting to survive in the harsh unforgiving world.
