With the slow down of the economy due to international turmoils especially downgrading of US economy, the job market will be affected deeply, companies hiring could go slow and this will effect the salaries, pay rises, and likelihood of job cuts. However companies which have foresight will try to hang on to its manpower resources and will give increased opportunity by creating jobs.
