Mr Samir,

The same people when in another country, behave differently. Is it just by chance or has its reason.

It is not the law by itself but the Applicability, Logic and reason, Adherence, objective implementation and operational regulation with uniformity for citizens that generates the respect and compliance not mere existence and use as pick and choose target practice.

Well we have govt. agencies to control but they feel helpless because of shear nos. The public mentality is just chalta hai. Lack of education is also a major factor Involves quality of vehicle, maintenance,year of use and off course negligence

Hi Praveen interesting debate.

According to me its the fault of the people. They don't follow the rules and policies. When we start obeying it, this problem will come to an end. So it is the people who should take the necessary steps to control the traffic.
