As per the current scenario, many companies have their employees on bench  or laying off them. Is it wrong to engage employees in Sale & marketing field or any such way to get  more  business and gain profit or at least to reach the break even point irrespective to their current profile?

If yes then, How  we can  train  or  convience them  to do so?

If No how to engage them rather goin for laying off or making them ideal?

Through Individual meetings  we can build  the trust in the company  and  motivate  them to engage  themselves to gain more business and  profit  rather waiting for them. again  we  need  to let  them  know  that this  arrangement  is  for  temporary basis.

If i am  not  wrong employees would  like to  work  this  way  rather  being  loosing  jobs or being  ideal .

Even an incentive scheme would create  their  interest in this. well who  doesn't  want  to  earn  something  extra!!

Job rotation is best example for the above discussion.

any employee can be motivated by gving various opportunities to him in other levels of organization.

By envolving them to management discussions. letting them put their viewsw. FGiving them responsibility and freedom of his work, the productivity can be easily increased.

This helps since eployees generally feel fed up while doing same job for a long period of time.

Emplyee Retention and low lay off can bge achieved by:

1: Job Rotation

2: job enlargement

3: job enrichment

4: giving them Decision making responsibility etc.
