No doubt,recogniton n reward are gr8 motivational factors.....bjut still i think dat Being motivated comes from within..if u waana feel motivated u dont need any factor for dat...wat u need is a right approach....

Yes recognition and rewards are what Indian employees expect....... This is a best motivational factor for them......

Recognition and Reward are the main things to motivate any work force which will definitely bring in good results. While most of the big companies do this exercise most of the industries do not follow suit since they follow their old norms.
