Teachers need to keep themselves updated with the changes in technology and media exposure students demand more than just the classroom style of training that teachers seem to continue to stick to. The times have changed and if we want students to value what we teach it has to be creatively put across with value addition as our goal and not just of bringing home the pay check as our objective. English is not as easy a subject to teach as we believe it is and complete proficiency demands a practical approach to teaching ...not the typical grammar drills etc

SO MANY TEACHERS DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT KNOWLEDGE IN ENGLISH SUBJECT. THEY DO NOT HAVE FLUENCY IN THE SUBJECT. STUDENTS ARE NOT GETTING CHALLENGING TEACHERS IN ENGLISH IN ANDHRA PRADESH GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS.
