The major advantage of entrepreneurship is its high capacity for risk, and there is a lot of adventure.

If every entrepreneur starts thinking like you than there will be no business and no secured job. Kindly Stop this thought and kindly thinks that what makes our job secured the only reason is that we work day in day out for our company. Its only our performance on which enterprises success is dependent. So stop thinking about paycheck and increment and focus on creating new business.

LETS MAKE INDIA RICH. STOP JOB. START ENTERPRISE. FIRST THINK ABOUT NATIONS INCOME THAN OUR PERSONAL INCOME.

Starting of my own! The very phrase excites many peoples think-tank. But there is something which drives them to the back seat. Fear to succeed, peer pressure, financial strength, and most importantly the big guys. You have a unique product or an idea to revalorize the society the fear is jus a mirage.  Being an entrepreneur myself, I can see many advantages; you explore your passion for work. Your passion is being unleashed. Let us ask a question to ourselves, what is my passion? Have I ever spent time to unleash it? Ones passion towards their idea gains them a real entrepreneurship status.

You get an opportunity to build a team of high caliber, high energy and zest.  You approach towards life will be more different.

Right from my school days I have dreamt about establishing my own business and building a great team, an empire of my own.  That have been my passion and I’m still doing it, and will continue doing it.

The word entrepreneurship should make ones think-tank grow. The one gift we have got in this whole world is a free mind to think all crazy ideas, which will benefit the society at large. Let your think-tanks brim with ideas. Your passion towards entrepreneurship will be unleashed automatically.

Anything in this world has a progressional behavior. Nothing is a failure until you try. If at all you don't see things the way you dreamt. Then don't term it as a failure, you have discovered one more road that has not been taken by many.

As Tom Hanks tells in Forest Gump 'Mama always said life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get'. We never know what will fill out think-tank and what will spill out of the tank. The spilling out of one think-tank is what the world terms as a 'VENTURE'. Entrepreneurship is like an army you define your territory and you define your competitors with the products and services you offer. It is always a prestigious affair of being termed as an ‘ENTREPRENEUR’. Never fear failures, failures are part of every-ones life. Thus failure (touchwood) is a part of an entrepreneurship journey. Dust it and walk past the dark area, you already have seen the ray of light, your dream is the ray of light and hope!

Our dreams define where we got to be after several years! Dream big with your eyes open and achieve it without any fear!

Good Luck budding entrepreneurs!

I think if a person wants to draw regular salary and maintain his accounts he can definitely do that. This in my opinion is not the problem for an entrepreneur.

The major drawback of entrepreneurship is that there will be no work schedule and no regular salary payment.
