I agree wth K.Narayan. As people think ERP ( Enterprise Resource Planning) comes 1st, and that is the reason of Failur of ERP also. BPR (Business Process Re-Engineering)is a basic process, u hv to re-engineer, re-design u'r Org's process for full/ innovative utilisation of resources. It's the basic conceptual part. If BPR is not done then ERP is building in the cloudes. Some people also miss understood SAP as E.R.P. make huge investment in computerisation, without basic changes in process of utilisation of resources or without BPR, and finally ERP fails.
