How do we top-up for one opertor from GSM network of any operator. For example we have 2GSM MNO , XXX, YYY so now for reseller need to use XXX MNO GSM number to give top-up for YYY. Is it Possilbe? If Yes Plz share ...(This is for Prepaid)
