i feel they bring along a lot of 'soft' attributes also. taken together with knowledge aquired while pursuing mba, one can get a very potent performing individual. i guess the employer needs to 'identify' correctly. utilization then would only be restricted by the employer's own imagination. my 2 penny worth. regards
