1 year is a good time to shift/ look for a change. In a year you will come to know your strengths and your market demand. And you will also get better package so you can change.......

During the very first year of one's career one is busy learning how to do the job at hand. It is only during the second year that one perfects one's skill on the job. Thereafter, one may think of a change of job, if one is on a part-time or contract period-based job. It is a different matter if you are already on to a coveted career in Government, a Public Sector Enterprise or a reputed autonomous institution or a large private corporation. It is time to think of a change only when you find yourself on an insecure first job; not otherwise.
