Only 20% s/w engineer will get the job if you see the requirement of industry. what about 80% those have paid high fees,& spend 4 years of their life ? it is really frustrating that many s/w engineers work on 3k 4k/month or even for free in hope their experience will do magic? is it not injustice to our youth ?

Rahul you are right....

Day by day the no. of engineering colleges are increasing. And the no. of engineers passing out also increasing but we don't have equal opportunity in the industry.

So from now the government should have control over the engineering colleges, and colleges that are running but not giving any performance should be closed.......

Too many engineering colleges will only create a collage of openings for members aspiring to gain education. But it will not make the members ready for the work place. Education will be imparted without a focus on quality and it will be a means of exploiting education for commercial purposes. This will also not ensure quality candidates from the colleges.

The mushrooming of numerous colleges will also create a glut in the market place of candidates having degrees but not sufficient knowledge about their core subject areas. This leads to candidates not finding suitable jobs and as job openings are also less, many candidates will not be able to find appropriate jobs.

Hence, the government must step in and ensure that quality education is imparted by the colleges. Thus, affiliation and granting of licenses should be regulated by the government....

Its true there is no equal opportunity for engineers but students are keen to study engineering, why they don`t want to some other courses, even some modern courses are also in institution...that is also a question mark...?

Please think on it . it is more important than mere mentioning your own opinion .let's start awaking our students about the situation which is going to raise crisis.
