Yes Expecting is right and good. Generally when a child expects it is granted with love. When a adult expects it is given with some conditions. When a man expects it is awarded with cash. So the expectations not only satisfies the needy but also the development of an individual. If there is no expectations, no work is done with full involvement and commitment. It reveals ones skill and allowing him to express his own ideas and innovations. In this situation, he develops himself and the society. The more you expect the more you get.

when it comes to right or wrong about anything then there are most of things which neither right nor wrong only different point of views and in my point of view I m agree with expectations. Expectations are like our dreams, our goals if we don't expect how we can think that we set our goals. without expectation there is no goals in our life. Simply when a person says he/she have some goals then it simply says that he/she have some expectations to achieve something so there is no achievement without expectations but yes to achieve your expectations don't expect from others only expect from yourself bcoz expectation from others don't make you to achieve your goals but your own expectations from yourself make you to achieve the goals. This depends upon the context we talk about. If we take it in professional terms, then definitely the more we expect th more we achieve. But we speak about personal relations then definitely it lies against the connotation since the more we expect from others the more dissatisfied we get.

when you perform some thing,in majority cases results follow after. Then you need to EXPECT. Otherwise there is no fun in doing things and leave as it is. It is basic human attitude to expect in all walks of life, otherwise we become animals and our heart doesn't beat for any thing.

Yes it is right because it is  one of the basics of a quality work.Expectations of result compels one not only to do the work but also add excellence to it.In fact everything is based on the expectation on this Universe. So if one is expecting something after putting effort to it then it is always right

understand your constraints and go beyond it. this is what i follow. If you know what is what and the level of expectation will be within that. Nothing wronf in dreaming. if you deposit say rs.50000/- in bank you can expect to get a return of 10% you cant expect to get 100% return within a month. so keep your expectations to your level

Expecting the world to treat you fairly because u r a good person, is like expecting the lion not to attack u because u r a vegetarian.

Though it is wrong to expect since the dissappointment on getting what you expected is high, reality is different.

I feel that your argument is correct and practical . more u expect frm othrs more u put pressure on that particular being, be it u urself or smone other ,resulting in underperformance. and lot of mess.

Each human being is being given birth for doing his job intended to be done by him. During the said course it is routine that, we do our works without any expectations. As such, I am of the opinion that, we should do the work of any nature viz., helping others, facin the set targets etc without any expecations. When you do the things rightly, definitely the right results will follow you without your expectation. All the best. Regards. Laxminarayana Rao K S
