I also support to fresher saying that given a chance as a casual to begin and then according to his interest what levels they reaches .

I support freshers because nobody is born knowledgeable, freshers are little bet energetic and responsibilities then experienced and even fresher’s get the opportunity to prove their self.

It totally varies depending upon organization & situation. Freshers are really energetic resource with real passion to do the things with lesser exposure to company politics and coporate languages. Hence management need to identify that freshers are valuable assets and their ideas are always fresh & just figure out where to fit them.....
