this might be a lame thing to say ... but anything that pays is a career option!...

and with facebook! it just beat Google!... hmmm social media sure is gonna hit hard and revolutionise a lot of things... esp marketing

Ya its because we enjoy putting our views, photos & getting connected with people using social sites. Then whats the harm in seeing it as a carrier option. Besides if there is a work which you previously used as entertainment/refreshment and now you have a chance to earn money with it, its better na... You will never feel as working, you will just keep enjoying & refreshing all the time.... This will lead in better output. So I think if one has a chance to work for facebook its really good option.....

Absolutely the next thing in the Indian psyche is going to be social networking and using sites such as facebook,people are so passionate about the same that most of the younge generation today have not only downloaded the application on to their mobile handhelds but are posting on the same several times a day.

Leena,India for centuries has been an orthodox and conservative /reserved society but with the advent of internet ,mobile connectivity the idea of social net working has caught on well with the youth of India and the net working oppertunities as a career will give a definite boost to the this phenomenon and help bring youth or like minded,like me, closer for a good cause of changing the face of Indian politics which can then shape the destiny of the people of India.

Purely due to Demand Driven factors , the social networking will have  its longlasting impact in India. Setting up their vicinities in India is a welcoming signs for our country .As most of the career options are focused on youth and their talents on internet , it will attract  high number individuals. But the potential Career Growth Scenarios has to be viewed & also the packages.

Yes. Social Networking will be the key resource which is the high-tech media of communication and collaboration. This is required to establish the Modern India by bringing the people together. So I hope there will be lot of career opportunities ahead.
